I have been in love with Real Estate since I was a little girl. I grew up on my Mom's hip showing houses and selling homes with her through out my life, and it is safe to say "the apple didn't fall far from the tree!" I have been a licensed agent for 10 years now, and its definitely the best career path I could have chosen. It runs in my blood, and I have a burning passion for all things real estate. I have been a top producer through out my career, and ranked in the top 1% of all agents in our market. I love helping the dream of home ownership happen for many of my friends and customers who come to me. Once you are my client, you are also my friend. I believe one of my best attributes is the "Art of the Deal" and being a great negotiator. I am a Mother myself now to a beautiful little boy named Barrett Kase, and a dog lover of my Golden Doodle, named Briggs. My life is so full, and I am blessed to get to have the career I love. Darius was originally born in Jackson Tennessee, but grew up living in South Carolina, Massachusetts, Georgia, and Florida. While relocating state to state, he found it intriguing searching for new homes with his family. This kickstarted his passion and desire to become a Realtor. In 2014 he moved to the panhandle, where he finished up his schooling. Directly after high school he started working in the service industry which helped him develop sharp negotiation skills and exceptional customer support.
